Convenient returns & saved costs
When a Korean customer initiates a return through Shopify (native or any plug-in such as ReturnGO, Loop, or AfterShip), the address will be for RestockTiger's receiving hub, instead of issuing an expensive international label.
Returns can be dropped off at any local CJ Logistics or Korea Post location, including at major convenience stores.
Intake & inspections to your standards
Within 24 hours of arrival to our hub, our team unboxes the item, takes a standard 3-photo condition log, and performs a quality check against your brand's specific SOP (verifying factory tags, packaging seals, etc.)
Refunds will be issued automatically to customers based on inspection standards.
Re-packed, stored, and ready to be sold
Clean, sellable items are re-boxed and stored for re-sell.
When a new Korean order is placed, Shopify routes the fulfillment to us and we deliver with fast domestic shipping.
Used or damaged stock are responsibly disposed, recycled or donated.
